“I know a guy” has become a catch phrase around here. The idea that we need to be the answer to every problem or create a ministry or program to meet every need can be overwhelming. Not only is that impossible, but it can cause us to give up and not even try because it is so daunting. 

What we have learned is that the humility to access the partnerships available with the people already doing the work has greater impact than believing we have to do it ourselves. We don’t have to create something new when we can champion the work that is already being done. 

In the last few months, we have partnered with some fantastic organizations that are just the tip of the iceberg of what is available in our city:

Youth Dynamics; Our Mission: Youth Dynamics provides family focused behavioral health treatment founded on the principles of an actively caring and trauma sensitive culture in which people can realize their full potential. https://www.youthdynamics.org

Community Crisis Center; Our Mission: The Community Crisis Center is the first point of access for people in our community seeking crisis stabilization services for mental health, substance abuse and/or social service needs regardless of their ability to pay. http://www.crisiscenter.org

Child Bridge; Our mission: Following the successful recruitment and preparation of foster and adoptive families, Child Bridge provides support, advocacy, and resources for them as they obtain a foster care license and prepares them to provide the best care possible for children. To meet the special needs of foster and adopted children, Child Bridge provides families with resources and relationships, free of charge.https://www.childbridgemontana.org
