A Church For The City Devotional

I hear your questions and doubts, “Am I saved?” I know the source of this question, a heart that desires to be with Me. My child, rest and know that I am yours and you are Mine. I came to this world to seek and save the lost. I came to reconcile wayward sons and daughters to the Father.

I came that I could send you The Helper, my Spirit living in you. That’s exactly what I’ve already done for you. Your salvation was not earned because of anything you did, accomplished, or created on your own. The salvation you now have is a gift from Me. A gift that I purchased with My blood.

Because it’s My gift to you, it’s nothing you can lose or have taken away. Rest in the promise of dwelling with Me for all eternity, but also know that I have given you eternal life here and now, right where you are. Imagine the freedom you will experience when you behold this to be true.

Be assured, my child, I have saved you.

John 10:27-29

“My sheep listen to My voice; I know them, and they follow Me. I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of My Father’s hand.”
